As a black belt, the practitioner realizes the importance of his/her accomplishment and the responsibility that accompanies it. They must serve as a role model inside and outside the do jang, possess a mastery of the fundamental movements in Taekwon-Do, be an example of the tenets of Taekwon-Do and display humility and leadership qualities. - What is the meaning of HWA-RANG?
