Cardio-Kick

What is Cardio-Kick?
Cardio-Kick is a combination of Taekwon-Do and aerobics. It combines all of the kicking and punching techniques of traditional martial arts with the music, rhythm and cardiovascular workout of an aerobics class.
Do I need equipment to start?
No uniforms are required - students participate in the workout clothes and sneakers of their choice. You may choose to purchase hand wraps and kick boxing gloves, which are available from Mr. Allen.
Do I need any martial arts experience?
Absolutely NO martial arts experience is needed to begin Cardio-Kick. All you need is the desire to get in shape and have fun.

What does it cost?
The Cardio-Kick program is $6.00 per session. A punch card is available for $50, which gives you 10 sessions at a reduced rate of $5.00 each. Hand wraps and gloves are required for class.
Who teaches the class?
Dwayne L. Allen teaches Cardio-Kick classes. Mr. Allen is a 6th degree black belt; chief instructor of Allen's Red Tiger Taekwon-do and a certified Cardio-Kick instructor. Some of his recent accomplishments include:
- 4-time Taekwon-Do North American Grand Champion
- 2003 1st Place Forms Red Tiger Cup
- 2003 3rd USTC Class A Instructors Certificate
- 2004 Participated in the first meeting for the working group of the ITF-USA in Philadelphia, PA
- 2004 ITF-USA Congress at La Quinta Inn Lakeside in Kissimmee, Florida
- 2004 Umpire for The First Taekwon-Do World Cup & First Orlando International Friendship Taekwon-Do Cup, ITF
