USTC COLOR BELT TEST

Color Belt Testing will be held on Saturday, April 7st. at 10:30am.
Testing booklet & fee must be submitted 3 days prior to testing.

CLASS INFORMATION

BLACK BELT CLASS

BB class will be held on April 14th at 9:30am.

Note: USTC students are required to attend at least 15 black belt classes prior to their I Dan testng

UNITY TOURNAMENT – CONN

Congratulations to the 30+ students that braved the snow storm and drove 7-10 hours in a blizzard to compete in the UNITY CHAMPIONSHIP in Connecticut. In addition, Patrick Pires successfully earned a spot on the Jr. Male US National Team.

USTC SEMINAR–Pitts/Orleand

On Saturday, March 3rd, Allen’s Red Tiger hosted an official USTC Seminar with Sbn Marcello F. Cancelliere in Pittsburgh.  The seminar was a tremendous success with over 30 students participating in the 3 hour class. In addition, a color belt and black belt testing was held and 6 students promoted to I and II Dan. Congratulations to Sbn Allen on a well organized event.

On Tuesday, March 13th, Morasch’s Red Tiger Tkd hosted an Official USTC Seminar with Master Mario Cancelliere. The seminar was a tremendous success with over 60 participants, most of which are preparing for the upcoming Black Belt Test in May.; Special thanks to Mr. Morasch on hosting and organizing a successful event.

The next seminar will be held in November (Instructor Course & Referee/Umpire Course).

Note: USTC Students are required to participate in one USTC Seminar/Year Test.

SPECIAL MORNING CLASSES

On Wednesday and Friday mornings, Sbn Marcello will conduct special private classes for II dans and higher from 5:30-6:30 am at headquarters. Classes will focus on upper dan patterns.

PLAYSTATION 3 RAFFLE

A 60 GB ($600.00 value) PS3 will be raffled at the RED TIGER CUP on April 29th. All proceeds will be donated to the TEAM FUND. Tickets are $10/each and are now available.

2007 RED TIGER CUP

The 2007 USTC RED TIGER CUP is scheduled for April 28-29th at Archbishop Ryan H.S.  Please visit our website www.red-tiger.com and download the tournament brochure.  This is a mandatory event for all USTC students.

Note: USTC Students are required to participate in two tournaments/year.

2007 MS WAL- ART MUSEUM

The MS Walk is fast approaching! Don’t forget to register and help raise money for the National MS Society.  All walkers will receive a team t-shirt and roundtrip transportation to the Art Museum on Sun. May 6th. Buses leave at 7:30 am and all walkers must raise a minimum of $25.00. In addition, the following prizes will be awarded to the top 3 fundraisers from Red Tiger.

Grand Prize: 32” Sony Wega Television
2nd Place: His & Hers Trek Mountain Bikes
3rd Place: Sony Handycam or $250 Gift Card

TEAM TRAINING

Effective Friday, April 6th, the regular class will be moved up one hour to 7-8 pm.  Team training will be held afterwards from 8:15-9:30 pm. Students wishing to train with members of the US National team are welcome to participate. This will be in effect for the months of April and May.
